The Zender Group is a group of companies rich in tradition. The company became known in Germany as early as the 1970s by offering tuning components for private individuals. This was the first time that standard vehicle equipment could be customised.

Growth
In the meantime, the Zender Group’s range of products and services has become much more diverse. With locations in Italy and Germany, Zender Industrial Solutions offers cutting, punching, sewing, laminating and carbon component construction. Zender Medical, on the other hand, produces CE-certified respirator masks. The Zender Group is at home in a wide variety of industries, including the medical and automotive industries, shipbuilding, disaster control and the two-wheeler industry.

Teamwork
The Zender Group’s wide range of services is made possible, among other things, by the company’s high degree of innovation and its resulting high degree of agility. The company embraces modern management practices. It maintains flat hierarchies and a family-like working atmosphere for its team of approximately 90 employees. Personnel are constantly encouraged to think like entrepreneurs and are given the opportunity to actively participate in innovations. This good teamwork has given the Zender Group a special competitive advantage over rival companies.
