Research and development is the systematic search for new knowledge through the use of scientific methods. This is deeply rooted in the Zender Group: as early as the 1970s, we set a new benchmark in the scene with special tuning parts designed in-house.

Since 1981, the designation has represented products with the highest precision, reliability and innovation and is a decisive purchasing argument for consumers worldwide.

The Top 100 innovation competition…

… is the most important competition for innovative SMEs in Germany. Since 1993, the award has been presented each year to particularly innovative companies selected through independent and scientific benchmarking.

In the selection process, companies have to perform in 5 categories:

  • Innovation-friendly senior management
  • Climate of innovation
  • Innovative processes and organisation
  • Outward-looking/open innovation
  • Successful innovations

For this reason, the Zender Group has been named one of the most innovative medium-sized companies in Germany. The company already received the TOP100 award in 2021, 2022 and 2023, which is only granted to particularly innovative companies in the SME sector.
